Dear fellow Hypsters,

I call upon you to really think about who you should vote for in this DeathMatch 2 race...

Even though all evidence has been deleted by mods, there are those that could witness MY personal stand on behalf of all Hype users. As many of you know, there has been a rash of "mod abuse" (for lack of a better term) by newbie mods here at the Hype during the last couple of months. And those who were witnesses will attest that with I've fought on behalf of all Hype users with clear, concise & polite, yet stern PM's and posts. Even though it may have been all for naught, I still fought for what I believed was a problem that affects all of us. And for those users who have been here much longer, there have been numerous times where I've gone head to head with other admins/mods because I believe mystakes were made and they needed to know that. Only TruthTeller would concede that they were wrong one time, I think it was during the mass bannings of Dark September in 2004 where shiney new mods wanted to flash their shiney new mod badges and take out the Hype Big Guns. I fought for OUR rights then as I have most recently. I was also in deep discussion with EXCEL about the whole Elijya/Mike/Tukiluka fiasco. Again, my words may have fallen on deaf ears, but I have always fought for what I believe in... and that's a better and more fun Hype for all of us to enjoy.

So please, take into account what I jave done for you, and vote TMoB.

And if for no other reason, my 6 year Hype Anniversay is Tuesday, so vote for me for being stupid enough to still be here.

Well, when you look at the list of mods that have voted, you can tell who the cool seasoned veterans are (yes, that's me giving Elijya a compliment ), and who the newbie mods are that have been walking around with a mod chip on their mod shoulders trying to convince users that their mod opinions are the only ones that matter and nothing else.

Stupid power-abusive mods...

At least Elijya, even though he got completely off on the wrong foot as a mod where the Tuk/Mike thing went, is doing a decent job as a mod in the comics forums and actually lets people with different opinions say them without a nervous fear of being banned... unlike the poor bastards who try and post in the Fantastic Four & Superman Forums...

The same... I probably just wouldn';t have bothered saying it as I wonder stuff in amazement.

Elijya and I have spoken via PM's and an olive branch, albeit a little one, has been extended. Basically, we're sort of staying out of wach other's way. I still think the way he handled the Tuk/Mike thing was wrong and that he should have had a thicker skin and simply let it go instead of the route he took. I'll believe that to the grave. BUT... I frequent the Comics Forums and I'll be the first to admit that he does a decent job. Not the greatest... he's still condescending at times, but decent nonetheless.

And if LS had voted for me, well, I would still think he's an ass with a sh**ty attitude and that he must secretly love me or something, because I see no reason why he would even want to vote for me, even though he swore that he'd vote for boyscout in one ofthe last rounds. So we can see that he's obviously NOT a man of his word, which tells a LOT about one's character.

Actually, just talk to anyone in the FF forums with a differing opinion than his, and you'll quickly see what kind of character he is; hence, the reason I call him an ass.

Hah, you must be outta the F4-Loop. We used to have run-ins all the time.
When they crowned him mod, I predicted that it would be the end-of-fun at the Hype (of course I said the same about Elijya even though I like him, I knew something would happen like the thing with the thing that happened.), and I b****ed about the fact that he accused me of being a RACIST because I didn't think Tim Story was qualified to direct the F4 movie!
(of course he currently has no memory of that, but I do as it was one of the few times where I had to log off to avoid having a stroke)
