yes, there have been accusations in the press that the bum is buying votes by offering ignore list amnesty, and this is completely true, the bum gets a little santamental around this time of year.

Ok, I took you off the list, and those are not the reasons I put you on the list, I put you on it because you keep using that smiley, that disturbs me because it reminds me of the time i was playing snooker when I was tripping and I could not pot the yellow ball. Well, it's better than the the people who chase me around with this one , that is what Prince was going to change his name to, until he realised it symbolised an insidious person who sees an opportunity to get out of an accusation while looking like some kind of self sacrificing hero into the bargain, when he didn't need to in the first place.
