Don Psycho and Unjustly Banned were the sham names that started this mess....they were banned and their votes negated, but the names can't be removed from the voting roster, that's why they are still there.

The name T.m.o.A. is a different previously banned user trying to sneak back in. He is now banned and his vote negated.
