Given that Ghost Rider is a spirit of vengeance, and that he comes whenever innocent blood is shed, what would happen if he came after the following people?:

-The Joker, right after he shoots Barbara Gordon

-Wonder Woman, right after she kills Maxwell Lord

-that kid from "Pay it Foraward", right after he kills Haley Joel Osment's character

-Costa (from "Taking Lives"), right after he kills Illeana's unborn twins

-Paul McDaggett (from "Robocop 3"), right after he and his men kill Anne Lewis

-that Alien from "Alien 3", right after he kills Newt and Hicks

-the OMACs, during their rampage against metahumans

-Chief Red Garnett (from "A Perfect World"), right after he kills Butch Haynes

-Frankie Dunn (from "Million Dollar Baby"), right after he kills Maggie Fitzgerald

The Penance Stare probably wouldn't work on him, since he's insane.

-Wonder Woman, right after she kills Maxwell Lord

Nothing. She wasn't left with any other options. Hell, Ghost Rider would probably do the same thing in her position.

Nothing. The Aliens are predators. It's in their nature to kill. It would be like punishing a shark for killing someone.

The Penance Stare is one of Ghost Rider's powers. It causes someone to see every wrong think they've ever done from the perspective of the victims. Usually, it either drives them insane or causes them to turn their lives around.
