There's no English subtitle version of the trailer yet but I thought I'd make the thread anyway as fans of Asian cinema, and especially of director Kim Ji-Woon and leading man Lee Byung-hyun should be interested. Choi Min-sik of Oldboy fame is the other lead.

Synopsis:

Kyung-chul is a dangerous psychopath who kills for pleasure. He has committed infernal serial murders in diabolic ways that one cannot even imagine and his victims range from young women to even children. The police have chased him for a long time, but were unable to catch him. One day, Joo-yeon, daughter of a retired police chief becomes his prey and is found dead in a horrific state.

Her fiance Dae-hoon, a top secret agent, decides to track down the murderer himself. He promises himself that he will do everything in his power to take bloody vengeance against the killer, even if it means that he must become a monster himself to get this monstrous and inhumane killer.

Whoa, this looks superb. I really enjoyed Byung-hyun's work in JSA, A Bittersweet Life and The Good, The Bad and The Weird (and that he was nearly the only good thing in the abysmal G.I. Joe). Choi Min-sik was astounding in Oldboy and great in Taegukgi (Brotherhood of War). Plus, the direction/cinematography here is fantastic, really the aesthetic of South Korean cinema I enjoy. Will definitely be seeing this as soon as it's released here.

Definitely going to check this one out.

Sounds terrific. Just getting into South Korean cinema and what I have seen thus far has been superb.
