I joke now because nobody got hurt... except for that guy's thumb.

But yea, shooting went down at my school today while I was on campus. We were on lockdown for about an hour while they tried to get everything figured out. Jokes aside though, I am grateful that it wasn't a Virginia Tech caliber shooting, and rather, more of a scuffle.

When I saw the title I was ready to go "Cool Story, Bro" because I thought it was another anti-valentines day thread, but the I read the post and article. :csad:

I hope the victim will make a strong recovery.

Yea, after I posted, I kinda thought that people might think it was an anti-Valentine's Day *****fest. Alas, I actually had a rather solid Valentine's Day, much better than I thought I'd have, but that's a subject for another thread.

Since nobody got (seriously) hurt, all of us on campus have been joking about it, calling it the Valentine's Day Massacre, and they created a group on Facebook called "I survived the Valentine's Day Thumb Massacre of 2011", so it's kind of a running joke on campus now.

PS - on another, unrelated note, I love the **** out of your avatar. :awesome:
