Ideas for a third Keaton + Burton film set in PRESENT DAY

While promoting his upcoming film BIRDMAN, Michael Keaton admitted that he would return to the Batman franchise in a "heartbeat" as long as Tim Burton was involved.

I'm curious if anyone has ideas for a third Batman film starring Keaton, set in present day. I'm not suggesting simply rehashing the fabled third "Batman 3" which would have had Robin Williams as Riddler, Marlon Wayans as Robin, etc.

What story might this hypothetical film follow? What actors would Burton employ (Consider that he's known for loyally using the same actors in nearly all of his films)?

The only way this could work, and it would work brilliantly, is if they do Batman Beyond with Keaton/Burton.

It would have to happen after Affleck, so by 2022 (since i think the final Batfleck will be in a 2020 Justice League movie). It would take place 30 years after the events of Batman Returns, released 30 years after that movie. They could almost act like the Shumacher films are its own thing. Beyond would round out a trilogy.

Keaton will be about 70 which is perfect to play Bruce Wayne.
