I dunno if you guys have tried to access youtube today and didn´t get to... The fact is, Brazillian model Daniela Cicarelli - the ho who married world champion soccer player Ronaldo and dumped him fast - sued youtube and got a court order to shut down the site cuz... Cuz the **** was caught shnuggling her boytoy in a PUBLIC BEACH in Spain by a dude with a camera, like a lot of people bring cameras to the beach, and put it online!

Of course there are situations where people take stuff that was taken in privacy and put it online and it´s a pretty nasty thing to do... But how can you complain about image violation when you do stuff that´s supposed to be private in public where anyone can see it?
