Comics If the secret team only survived Krakoa, who would be your favorite character today?

Let's say Banshee, Colossus, Sunfire, Storm, Nightcrawler, Thunderbird, and Wolverine never completed their rescue mission of the original five on Krakoa. And both teams perrished.

Now, you have Darwin, Petra, Sway, and Vulcan as the surviving heroes. Only they too did not complete their mission, but did manage to survive the experience to live another day. If Marvel's X-Men had been permanently rewritten in this fashion, which character(s) do you think would be your favorite right now?

I like Darwin in Uncanny, so my money would be on him.

I'd have to go with Darwin too...

BTW - Is he alive or what? I was under the impression that he died.
