...Superhero films. Superman III, Superman IV: The Quest for Peace, Batman & Robin AND Green Lantern. I don't care for Catwoman, Jonah Hex and Elektra. And I can really do without Fantastic Four 2005, Rise of the Silver Surfer AND Fant4stic, though.

Don’t leave out The Spirit, Steel, The Phantom, Mystery Men and Catman in Lethal Track. No Bad Superhero Movie collection is complete without those gems.

Google Play has EVERY one of those movies except for "Catman in Lethal Track."

Wow, I forgot about Mystery Men - I saw that and remember waiting for it to get good.. ...and it never did.

Don't forget Supergirl, not a good film at all !

But I like The Mask of Zorro. ;P
Fair enough, I like most of those too... and there's no 100 % bad SH movie (except Catwoman), for others, your mileage may vary (YMMV).

Some others movies to consider: Stallone's Judge Dredd, Ghost Rider, Spawn.

The Mask of Zorro is amazing...compared to the rest of those.

Spawn and Stallone's Dredd are mostly awful with a few redeemig features ( e.g. John Leguizamo as Violator)

I'm a fan of Nic Cage going crazy in any film, so the Ghost Rider films were okay for me.

I would strongly argue that John Carter was not a bad movie at all. It wasn't a great one, but it was a reasonably solid pulp adventure, that did a pretty good job of pragmatically adapting its source material.

What made it a bomb wasn't its quality, it was its awful marketing and hilariously overblown budget. An experienced director could have probably cut the budget nearly in half, and marketing that didn't try to fail would have probably added at least another 100M or so in sales.

i didn't liked the league of extraordinary gentlemen!! i also didn't liked the spirit!! & i really didn't care for the shadow!!

I'm not as hardcore a completionist as I once was, at least with films. So going forward at least I will give anything like this a miss (but will still watch on cable/Netflix etc).

I would argue that John Carter sucked hardcore. From its bland, miscast lead actor to its goofy slapstick tone to its pathetic attempt to cram too much of the story into one movie, nothing about it worked. I’m a fan of the books and I didn’t feel that the captured ERB’s sweeping epic at all. Hell, they couldn’t even get the title right. I know that using the word “Mars” in a title at the time was viewed as box office poison, but did anyone seriously think just calling it “John Carter” was going to get any butts in the seats? The character’s popularity has waned considerably over the past century, so maybe they should have taken that into consideration. It’s not a name like Sherlock Holmes that everyone knows.

That movie was so disappointing on so many levels. I really, REALLY wanted it to be good but they didn’t know how to handle that property at all.

If you're going for "worst of the worst", studio blockbusters aren't where you start. You need the old made-for-TV offerings and international knock-offs.

One of these things does not belong.

^ Yea, I don't think this (or many others) belong to "worst" category, but as people have varying tastes, maybe some would like to choose a few out of those. Again I like most of them and personally wouldn't call them worst, well except Catwoman and Ghost-rider.

Edit: The thread title should be "I'm going to buy movies people don't think are good but really are quite entertaining"

Yeah, low bar perhaps, but I think the Shadow was one of the better superhero-adjacent movies of the 90s. It makes me regret that most of its ilk didn't live up to that standard.
