Hey, that first clip is not a Superman movie its just a song from one of the campy movies made in the 80s here in India. But, that S is just huge, would make for good celophane S like the one in Superman 2. As for some facts, the name of the guy playing Superman is Govinda and the name of the movie is Darya Dil meaning Someone Kind and Compassionate. But, the movie has got nothing to do with Superman, however, I do remember being fascinated by this song when I first saw it in the late 80s or so. I was quite young then, just to make things clear.
As for the 2nd clip it is from a South Indian movie, which I have no idea about, being a Northerner, but that is campy as hell.
