Okay, JL was not the success that anyone hoped for.
However, having watched it on DVD a couple of times I find it more enjoyable as a small screen experience.

Maybe that's because I can skip the terrible bits ? Or perhaps because Steppenwolf 's CGI doesn't look as awful.

Anyway, is anybody else finding JL a better experience on home media ?

I’d like to vote on this, but can’t bring myself to watch it more than once. Be interesting to see how this pans out, though.

Saw it twice in cinema's and just purchased on home media and watching it last night, the same problems exist and the same 'flatness' is an issue in terms of scope, delivery and inability to meet expectation but those issues actually help on a smaller screen, it's outcome for me, sitting in my lounge was of a tv serial episode writ a little larger, and as painful as that is too write as a 'compliment' for a film that should be the definition of 'epic', it suits a 'home watch'.

Yeah, nicely put. I feel like the problems are less distracting in the home version- I felt less disappointed and just sit back and enjoy watching Superman punch things and smile ( for a change). Really, the Superman bits made it for me - and I can skip over the dross with the press of a button rather than have to sit through it, to get to them.

Sadly it's still only as good as an average DC animated film. Hey there's a poll idea !

I did not give it the time in cinema, but I can't help but mock the poor CGI in this movie.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I don't think I could ever watch it again.

Same here. Saw JL at the cinema, then somebody bought me the DVD so I watched that. I won't be watching it a third time. I felt more let down by JL than by any other DCEU movie. Heck I really liked MoS and I enjoyed BvS despite the problems, but JL just left me so completely and utterly underwhelmed. Heartbreaking really.

I bought the dvd and thought it ok!

Didn't watch it at the cinema, I have to ask if they animated it instead would it have been better?

Well JL and the animated movie Justice League: War are basically the same story, both heavily inspired by the New 52 comic arc Justice League: Origin (JLW is actually a direct adaptation), and whilst JLW is nowhere near the top tier of DC animated movies I still found it better than JL.

Saw the film a few times in theaters and saw a fan cut at home.

No difference for me, honestly.

I am similar. There’s are parts of JL I enjoy, but the overall package is so underwhelming. I bought it as I am a completionist, but I watched it tonight and while some parts I still enjoy, the bad parts just seemed to get worse.

I love MOS and like BvS a lot, hopefully Aquaman can deliver.

I enjoyed it both @ cinema and on blu ray @ home.
