Is netflix's star rating gone

When anyone else goes to netflix do you see the star rating? I can't rate my movies anymore. Is it just me or did netflix get rid of the rating system?

I think it's related to the software bug that took their site offline.

I hope they fix it, and that annoying flashplayer stuff for there trailer. I've installed flashplayer 9 maybe 6 times not and still can't watch trailer on the site.
