See, now...a Top Cat movie I could get behind. All CGI Alley Cats, Officer Dibble IS Walter Goggins from The Shield. He constantly busts up their bootleg gambling rings. It was crazy how that show's look was geared towards kiddies, but was so adult with the constant gambling scams.
