it's here! new, animated Batman fanfilm

um, u already blasted advertisments all over another thread, and a majority of users said it sucked, yet now u make a new thread..????

.....:down

hey, I talked about it being in the works... now it's DONE and I'm damn proud of it. Go on the attack again if ya want, that's fine... but the animator earned all the advertising he can get for this... and it's a BATMAN FAN FILM on a BATMAN FORUM. He put months and months of work into this cartoon, and we held an official premiere of it where between 130 and 140 people showed up and I watched the audience myself. They were in tears laughing. So... I know how cruel forum hoppers can be, and it doesn't phase me at all... do your worst. For you others, enjoy!

:supes:

Hey man, I just checked it out and I gotta say I thought it was ****ing good. Top job you did there! I just really dig the whole concept of it, Batman being the weak link of the JLA and the whole relationship with the "Bat family". Really cool ideas man, keep up the good work and get making some others. Anyway to download it by the way?

Also, gotta love Batman calling Superman a prick

oops, i made a thread about this film in the bat -world forums , but i guess you should leave it alone LOL.

anyways , this fan film was HILARIOUS !!! probably the best batman parody ever IMO.

"it's called a utility belt, you prick" awsome. well done

that is classic...flash swearing, the hawkarang...everything!

Hey thanks so far... for those of you who are having trouble playing it, we're getting up downloadable files for each movie and also making easier streaming files... all in the near future so bare with us.

LOL, it's great! Keep up the good work.

Intro was f'n great!

Still watching it, but I found a "flaw" if you will. Batman's known to be the physical peak of any man. So I do find it weird he's depicted as scrawny and not strong at all. This is of course unless you're talking about Keaton's take. :p

Looking good so far though. Definitely nice change of pace from the old "Batman can do anything the JL can" story.

keatons batman lifted 2 men clear off the found. know you're joking, but still...:down

no, I actually dig Keaton's version, he's a close second to the Animated Series version (esp. in Mask of the Phantasm and anytime he and Superman are alone together in JL... "HEREAFTER!") as far as the best depiction of Batman in my book. Bale was okay, far better than Clooney or Kilmer, but I thought he was trying way too hard to come off as tough and dark while completely missing the aura and magic of the character. Anyways, as for Batman being a weak man in this movie... when would he have time to work out or stay in shape? He's Bruce by day, Batman by night... and it was REALITY we were going for, though I admit we exaggerated his uselessness a tad.

Before the guy was even Batman, he spent every day of his life training his body to it's physical peak, as well as expanding his mind. Then when he finally felt he was ready, he donned the cape and cowl.

That's pretty much how it's always been, don't know how you managed to miss that. Buuuut, everything else was spot-on, so I'll give you a pass. ;)

Guys, I know the Batman lore as well as anybody... when you spoof something you exaggerate it. Did you watch Space Balls and say "Wait a minute, Chewbacca didn't wag his tail so why is Barf doing it?"

If I want a laugh I watch Batman 60s show or Batman & Robin (1997).

Also there is problem with the sound.

yeah, it's the Flash files we're playing or something. It'll be up in time... and it's much funnier than "Batman and Robin"... and dare I say even funnier than the 60's one... though that's the original Adult Swim humor and will never be topped.

I think it is terrific, VERY funny, and great timing.

Great concept---I don't agree, and I'm betting that you dont think either, that Batman is a weak link, but it is a VERY funny parody.

Great job man..
