On Monday, my weight was 117 pounds. (115 without clothes)

I had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday after 10 am. Today I weighed myself...:wow: 121 pounds. That's 4 pounds gained in one day! I've been eating Fat Free Pudding, Pudding, sugar free jello, reduced sugar pudding, soup and scrambled eggs. I've drank Sunny d and water. I can't wait until my jaw feels better. Hopefully by Friday or Saturday I can eat hard solid foods again, and I can begin doing situps, pushups, and strenching again. And eating right (no pudding or jello)

THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR WISDOM TEETH REMOVED.......YOU BECOME STUPID, AND FORGET HOW TO EAT HEALTHY. :(

You might be retaining water if you have eaten foods high in sodium prior to the removal.

*single tear* :csad:

Umm. Can we see you without clothes?

Youll be fine. It all depends when you're weighing yourself and if you can put it on that fast, itll come off fast. No worries.

Eventhough it was mostly low sugar stuff you listed it is still all pretty much sugar and sodium you have been consuming.
What about creaming some stuff like spinach. Avocados would go down easy and are excellent for your skin. Yogurt would be good too and add some grape nuts(wait until softened by the yogurt). Not low-fat yogurt ;)
Low fat stuff always has more calories.

Beans would be good too. Like low sodium black beans mashed up with some melted cheese.
It sounds like you arent getting enough protein and protein is what hikes your metabolism.
So its very important in your diet if you dont want to gain weight.

And add in some bannanas before you start getting leg cramps ;)

1. Don't yell at me, fool.

2. I've had about an even dose of Fat Free pudding compared to reg. pudding. I think it's the fat in the soup and the sugar in the pudding. And the sugar in the sunny d. Sunny D has Vitamin C in it, but a lot of sugar too, if I remember correctly. I haven't done situps or pushups since Monday. I was starting to do 350 situps, when I got my wisdom teeth removed.

Workout Sch this Friday and Saturday:

300 situps, 15 knee ups (lower tummy) and 200 pushups. Stretch

Sunday. 300 situps, 15 knee ups (lower tummy) Stretch.

On monday, I'll go to 350 situps, 15 knee ups, 200 pushups.

I do pushups along with my situps on Monday, Wed, Fri, Sat. 800 a week.

Thank you for the constant updates ETM.

I've had this yogurt that naturally regualtes my disgestive system. I've been eating it for months now, I think. I haven't noticed a change. It tastes good through. I eat it for breakfast daily.

110 calories in it. 20 fat calories. Damn, 17 sugars, lots of vitamins, etc.

At least you're honest.

Unless you're like... two feet tall, 121 pounds ain't a bad weight... I think.

Men in my family put on guts easily. Just bad genes. That's why I do pushups weekly, situps daily, and try and eat healthy. If I feel I ate too much junk food (Pizza, or drank a lot of soda, etc) I increase my situps from 300-450.

121? At 19? Guy or gal? How tall are you? If you're a guy, you need to pick up some free weights and give up the goofy pushups. 120 pounds 800 times a week is not "working out", at least not for building muscle. But if you prefer to stay that light, keep the "attention ****e" part of you out of the real world, where someone might be inclined to break you over his knee and throw you in a trash can.

Me? I'm 6'1", 150 lbs.

I'm terribly confused as to what you're talking about, lazur... Or to whom you are talking.

Why Is This Loose Cannon Allowed To Post When He's Hopped Up On Pain Pills?!?

Sorry, I was talking to the OP. I was quoting you because you commented on his/her height and weight.

6' 1" and only 150? Get into the gym, man!

I'm a guy. I was in weight lifting this past spring in H.S. (senior year). The pushups actually help make my chest look nice (no man boobs) and help retain some of my muscle from weight lifting. I'm not trying to add muscle...trying to retain it. And pushups are a workout...well, compared to doing nothing all day it is. So are situps. And I like doing wide pushups. They're easier for me to do, because I only do one set of 60 Saturday. They're good for the chest.

Oh...I am attention ****e online. So, no worries there.
