JFK Terminal Evacuated

NEW YORK (AFP) – Officials at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport evacuated one of its
airport terminals after a bomb scareSunday on one of the busiest US holiday travel days, ABC television reported.


ABC reported that authorities cleared JFK's Terminal 1, while
hazardous materials experts and other emergency crews arrived at the scene.

Oh gosh... hopefully it's just a scare because it's Independence Day...

It was a false alarm, they evacuated Terminal 1 so it impacted about 250 passengers...they are probably headed back in now.

I wouldn't be surprised if this happened a lot today or tomorrow, with morons trying to take fireworks in their luggage.
