Just FYI, SHH also DEBUNKED Spider-man 4 halting production and being shelved and that was still on.

Also, this was BEFORE the news that they decided it wouldn't go and that Sony would reboot it instead.

yea i hope everything is good. But we should know in the coming days if we have cap selected and hear anything from marvel studios on the pick, or from the pick/joe and joe making comments on move to london.

The rumor was from IESB and the source was from several department heads that heard the news that production was halted to deal with some issues. That's completely different from a bunch of guys from an different film hearing a rumor that Captain America was put on hold.

S4 was actually admitted to be delayed before the reboot news and it was said to be because they wanted to work the script. Tobey even remarked on the delay.

And even before that when SHH claimed to debunk the delay news it was because of the claim that they were taking a holiday break. So there was going to be an actual delay that would unavoidably be revealed but Sony was trying to explain it away at first.

There is no sign of a delay at all right now with this film, especially with the casting going on. The casting would have been delayed by now or cancelled and we would have heard more about the rumor. There is nothing substantial to support this rumor.

yea there is alot to be worried about. But yea with all the stuff we know that is on going, and if we hear who is cap in the next few days, and that production moved to london i doubt it is true. Plus like others have said it came from some no named blogsite from someone working on another movie. And what connection to joe, marvel, or paramount did that person even have?
