John Cusak! Get an Oscar already!

John Cusak really needs to get an Oscar before he dies. Granted, he isn't that old, but he is so damn good and gets no credit. I want him to start taking on better scripts. Damnit Cusak! I command you!

besides, as awesome as Cusack is, it's still not his time. look at Peter O'Toole. living acting legend, no oscar to his name.

still, Cusack should've at least gotten a nod for High Fidelity. he was awesome as Rob Gordon.

Anyone one heard of the movie 1408? Hasn't come out yet, John Cusak plays main character and it was really good. I saw it from an early screening. It was a good movie. It's of the horror genre. He is a writer that goes to haunted hotels and well you get the idea. One hotel he goes to actually is unlike any he has been to. That's as much as I can say without spoiling anything.

if he got the part of Dan Dreiberg in Watchmen, it's quite possible he could get a nod for supporting actor. it would also be a great achievement as a "superhero" or "comicbook" film.

Agreed, he should stop making crappy (yeah, they are so) romantic films ang start playing in quality thrillers or at least dramas.
