Jurassic World - Part 4

The more I think about it, the more I'm kind of happy that there's no returning cast from the previous movies.

None of the main cast at least. Isn't one of the lab scientists in this though? Played by BD Wong. His part in the film was quite minor, but I heard he was coming back in this as the character was written with a bigger part.

BD Wong is back, but he had so little screentime in the first one that many people may not even realize he's a returning character. I'm hoping for just a tiny cameo from Jeff Goldblum, but that's just wishful thinking.

I would love to see a character watching a Youtube video or even a radio interview of Malcolm and maybe Grant condemning Jurassic World. It would be a nice way to open the film and almost like passing the torch.

Or just wait for the inevitable sequel and have the surviving characters of World meet up with the surviving characters of the Park for Jurassic Anonymous.

I'm more or less fine with none of the characters from the older films making an appearance. Whole lot of people in the world.

I think we'll get some cameos. Colin Trevorrow is such a fan that I can't see him not trying to get some of the original actors in for a minute of screen time. They'd probably want to keep it a secret as well. Richard Attenborough is still alive (90!). It'd be great to see him make a cameo appearance.

Yeah I'm very much so fine without any cameos. They aren't totally necessary. If they do have cameos, then awesome. If not, I'm not gonna cry about it haha.

He's the only one I'd really like to see in this. This park was Hammond's dream after all. I'd be very curious to see his thoughts on it now.

I'd definitely love to see Hammond. That would be an excellent cameo. And wow that fellow has lived a long life! It may be difficult for him to travel now, at his age. Although they could do what they did for Christopher Lee in the Hobbit films.

kinda disagree, with the amount of crap that happened in the first 2 films people of course would be against anther park opening its only natural and groups like this always try and use big name figure heads

so its be easy to say the something like the protestors had malcolm at a rally or lex wrote a tell all

so mentioning them would add weight to new characters back storys if there is some connection.

I would love cameos like that. And even if they don't appear on screen, it would be nice with small nods to the events of the original trilogy. Like make a reference to Dr. Grant in the script but without him appearing in the movie, like how they mention Ian Malcolm in the third one.

Ian Malcolm should be walking down the beach in the Bahamas with a supermodel, happen to catch what's been going on in Jurassic World on tv and just say, "Nope," and walk away.

They could easily throw in a line like that sure, but I don't think it's necessary at all. But whatever we both disagree, guess we will just see when the film comes out haha. All I know is it won't bother me if there is no mention of them so I'm good.

I feel like this is gonna be a pretty big success come next summer. Nothing in particular but it just seems like they may have a winner.

It's going to be a hit. Now not only do we have the franchise familiarity and nostalgia factor, but thanks to the success of "Guardians of the Galaxy", we have a little more star power with Chris Pratt.

Pratt was so good in GOTG. it was so easy for him to be charismatic without looking fake. he is the real deal.

the question what happens next. remember Chris Pine? just because you are good that doesnt mean that you will be a movie star.
