Well folks, here it is, my very own art thread where I 'll be posting my art for all to see. This is all various things from all sorts of sketchbooks I have laying around the place and I'll try to write up little stories to go along with the pieces when I can.
Lets begin.........

This is a piece I had done to include with my submission to adult film star Belladonna when she was looking for a new artist for her official website. She saw a sketch I had done of Chewbacca and asked me to do some of her. I didn't get the job but hey, my fave porn star looked at and liekd my stuff...can I really complain? lol

I've posted this around here a few times in some other threads so some of you may have seen it already but for those who haven't...this was made about 4 years ago and is done with electrical tape.

I was wondering what those patches in the black were earlyer when you posted over at the batman forum, makes sence now, nice work.

You did that with tape?

Awesome.

Wow, that is pretty impressive that you did that with electrical tape!
And Belladonna...never heard of her ;)

Yep all electrical tape :)

I'm of the mind that anything can (and should) be used to make art. I once made a giant Batman piece when I was in grade 10 geography using pencils and paint, white out, markers and even make up from the girl who sat beside me.

I'll be posting some more stuff later tonight.

i want to see that...bet it's legit too

legit? whats that slang for now? Or was that a referance to the whole Sandman thing that happened last night? phew that was just..wow...

Well unfortanatly it won't be seen as I gave it away after I did it which in all honesty I wish I haden't but it's nothing I couldn't do again...

This was done one night while hanging out at a female friends house back in, prolly june. She didn't have a scanner so we just took a pic. Its pen and crayon..I love using crayons and I think everyone should pick up a pack and just go nuts and have fun with them and see what they can come up with. They are just really, really fun

 This is based on Dark Victory #1, right? I like it, especially the electrical tape aspect. Are you going to be posting that piece partly made with make-up?

Very nice work

I once did a piece in school cut from cansun paper.

It was awesome but some one stole it from the gallery

Yep it's pretty much based off of the dark victory #1 cover with some changes here and there. Unfortanatly, like I've said before, the make up piece was give naway shortly after it was finished but I will, for all you guys, do a new piece with makeup lol in fact list some character you'd want me to do.

This is the Chewbacca sketch that got me the Belladonna offer. This was done back in 2003 and I'll be honest, I was probably really drunk when I did this so there isn't too much of a story on it. If you look hard enough you can see some sketchs on the next piece of paper that was behind this one. You can see a the Joker if you look beside Chewies head.

This was done last week sometime and is done with penicl, inked then painted. I think the Tim Burton type shadows come from the fact that at that time I had been watching B89 to fall asleep to all that week (I usually put a movie in when I go to bed and fall asleep to it).

Fantastic stuff K. I've seen your electrical tape Batman but never knew it was actually you who drew it, still one of my favorite pieces on this board!

Thanks a lot Socko, yep it was mine. Like I said I think anything can and should be used in art (I guess that why guys like Bill Sienkiewicz and Sam Kieth are influances).

Now as I said I don't own a scanner but a friend of my recently scanned my latests sketchbook and she's been sending me the files slowly (it's hard working out our scheduals) but I will be taking some pics of some paintings I've done and will be putting those on the computer on tuesday. You guys will love that stuff.

New art pics added to my computer :)

This is a big piece on a canvas done back in 2002/2003

Thanks a lot...that was a test for a future idea I had about creating a giant sized spider-man comic page made from various sized canvases.

This was done for a project in high school. We had to do a report on an artist and then re-create a famous pice by them. I piced Lictenstein (spelling) and made this. I took an old computer monitor (couldn't find an old tv) and primed it then painted it and made the image the image on the screen a la 60's Batman type of idea.

Looks like my thread needs a little bump :)
