I just checked her Linkedin. She majored in Science Genetics and minored in Statics from Kennesaw State University, which is really impressive since AFAIK it's super hard for students not from Ivies and the likes to get into investment banking in the US, so I assume it's the same for all kinds of roles on Wall Street as well. I know that she is both a woman and non-white, but I think it's more likely that a woman of color graduating from Stanford gets the job. She didn't list any internships she did during college or what she did from 2016 to 2017 (she graduated in 2016 but only started working in Fall 2017), probably she took it down for privacy reasons (because AFAIK in America students from normal schools have to network a lot to break into finance), so I'm really curious about the experience she got to leverage an offer for her current job.
