Cinder out on April 30 for Ultra Edition owners.

Microsoft and Iron Galaxy Studios have released the official trailer for Cinder, the latest character coming to Killer Instinct.
Cinder is a human whose body is composed of plasma and flames. He’ll be available on April 30 for “Ultra Edition” owners and May 6 for “Combo Breaker Edition” owners.
The end of the trailer teases Aria, a new character set to debut in Killer Instinct: Season Two following Cinder.

Killer Instinct Community Fund Reaches $100,000 Goal in Three Days

Starting on April 30, the Killer Instinct developers began collecting all of the funds accrued by downloadable content sales into a special community fund. This money, they announced, would be used to bolster prize pools at various fighting game events across the country as a way to give back to the fans who have made their game a success thus far.

With a cap of $100,000, I personally thought there would be a good amount of time and various updates between the beginning of the campaign and when that goal was met, but boy was I wrong. According to new details released by Microsoft community manager Mike Robles, the community reached that total in just three days.

The final character to join Killer Instinct: Season Two is Aria, an artificial intelligence designed to be the perfect leader and the ultimate existence.
Aria is the head of Ultratech, and orchestrates many of the game’s events in order to “prepare the way.” She will be available for “Ultra Edition” owners this Friday, May 29, and for “Combo Breaker” owners next Thursday, June 4.

Killer Instinct: Season Three will launch for both Xbox One and PC in March 2016, Microsoft announced at Gamescom.
The third season features eight new characters, including Rash from Battletoads. Killer Instinct and Rare Replay players can download and play a limited sneak peek of Rash on Xbox One starting today.

after I read about Rash being in the game, I couldnt resist anymore (i've been resisting getting this game since launch) so I got an xbox one yesterday and im LOVING this game!! so much fan, and Rash is the perfect addition, gives the game some comedic relief which it needed

nice to see you are back on the X1! I am very impressed, it is a nice streamlined system and it runs really well, the system is quite big but not too bad. I was pissed off yesterday when I was setting it up and was almost ready to return it because it powered on but nothing displayed on my TV, then I finally realized I was a dumbass and had the HDMI cable in the wrong HDMI port on the X1 (since it has in and out) LOL boy did I feel stupid
