North of Paris. In order to avenge the murder of one of their own by a group of ruthless gangsters, four corrupt cops go on a rampage in a condemned building serving as the mobster's hideout. that's pretty amazing. I'm telling you that non-US horror movies (Rec, Dog Soldiers,etc) are beating up the Americans because they're edgy, independent and original.

REC is BARELY coming out on DVD later this month, almost a year after the release of Quarantine.
