We have an ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). It's a really nice studio with a full kitchen, washer/dryer/dishwasher, guest internet, and a private courtyard. We live about 8 miles west of downtown and fairly close to the Metro. Maybe we should rent it out. Right now, we use it as office space.
