Is that really considered a foreign film? I know the director is British and much of it takes place in Britian but there's a lot of American actors in it.

I consider it like this, foreign films to me are about seeing a different way of telling a story based on a different culture and it's ideals so by that definition, I'll throw Snatch in there as well as Once Upon Time in the West.
