A google later, the picture comes from a telenovela with Spanish actors obviously and bad acting hence the fake cries that fits perfectly in a meme. In France we aren't really acquainted with telenovela but I get the gist of it anyways and that is why the joke can escaped me but it's funnier that the "how to eat in Korean"

Also, those bits of Soraya Montenegro in OITNB was for a promotion of Netflix in Mexico. I remember the bits of the theme song for "Maria la del Barrio". It aired when I was a kid, telenovelas here were very popular, and almost unavoidable thanks to our grandparents (my mom wasn't much a fan of watching them).
