MARVEL VS DC Fight Night

Are we really doing another "vs" competition? Okay, here we go:

1. Batman or Daredevil: Batman. He's one of the smartest men alive, a master of an ungodly amount of martial arts, and even if Murdock gets the upper hand in a fight, Bruce has got a billion different vehicles to just run him over with. Also, Batman can see.

2. Superman or Ironman: Oh come on. When was the last time Iron Man ever moved a planet? Superman easily.

3. Arsenal(Red Arrow) or Punisher: Punisher's got bigger guns, but Roy's got slicker moves. I'm gonna have to say Arsenal.

4. Nightwing or Spiderman: Spider-Man, no question. Dick's nimble, sure, but Spidey's got low-level super-speed, super-strength, and precognition.

5. Flash or Quicksilver: Flash. Barry even showed up to school Quicksilver in his own universe once (alluded to as "Fast Forward" in the story)

6. AquaMan or Namor: Tough call, considering they're more or less the exact same character power-wise. If he's got the water-hand, I'd say Aquaman. If not, Namor is enough of a *****e to actually try and kill Arthur.

7. Avengers or Justice League: Considering how many variations of the team there have been, it's almost impossible to say. But 9 times out of 10, the JLA has got the bigger guns.

Totally agree with you Andy except I think Namor would win against Aquaman.

 

I would think Teen Titans just because of experience and being taught by the best.

 

I dunno about that... Marvel's had some damn powerful characters join the Avengers before... Thor and the Hulk among them.

 

Thor and Hulk are some heavy hitters, no doubt, but the League's usually got Superman and Wonder Woman in their rotation, not to mention Captain Marvel. If I were in the League, I'd be more worried about Sentry than Hulk.

My idea for JLA vs Avengers would go something along these lines:

The Immediately Obvious:

Aquaman vs Namor
Green Arrow vs Hawkeye
Flash vs Quicksilver
Martian Manhunter vs Vision
Batman vs Moon Knight
Plastic Man vs Mr. Fantastic

The Not-quite-as-obvious:

Superman vs Sentry
Wonder Woman vs Ms. Marvel
Captain Marvel vs Thor
Green Lantern vs Mar-Vell
Rocket Red vs Iron Man

 

D.C. has big guns: Supes, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Martian, Kid Flash, Hawk girl.

Marvel has nobody with that experience who qualifies as a team. But they do have big guns like: Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Juggernaut, Wonder Man, She-Hulk, Storm, Absorbing Man, Sandman. Too bad some of those names qualifies as villains. so D.C team beats Marvel teams, but as a whole Marvel Unverse beats D.C. Universe

 

DC has many solid heroes with just spectacular powers that are somewhat over the top, but Marvel has a lot of wildcards that could just turn the table in any minute. The Hulk for one, Ghost Rider another, Apacolypse, Silver Surfer.

As for the poster who under estimated Tony Stark...bad idea. If Tony can find a way to stop the Hulk, he can surely find some Kryptonite to stop Superman.

 

Batman, has Daredevil's ninja moves, a hell of a lot more gadgets to counter the billy clubs and can see.

Superman, no brainer.

Red Arrow, he's much younger (the Punisher is in his late 50's/early 60's) and is most likely a better hand to hand fighter.

Spider-Man, he's more nimble and acrobatic than Nightwing thanks to his powers and is faster and stronger to boot.

Flash, he's much faster than Quicksilver and controls the Speed Force

Aquaman, minus the electricity and flight, Aquaman has Namor's powers but are more powerful. Plus he has the magical left hand.

Which Avengers?

With the New Avengers you have Spider-Man, Wolverine, Ronin, Echo, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist against Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, the Flash, Vixen, Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Black Lightning, Red Arrow, Firestorm, Red Tornado, and Hawkgirl. Martian Manhunter will likely join in the current arc. Frankly, the New Avengers will get raped by the Justice League in terms of sheer power (Superman, the Flash, Wonder Woman, two Green Lanterns, Vixen, Firestorm, and possibly the Martian Manhunter) and numbers (6 against 13 or even 14)

The Mighty Avengers have a much better chance with Iron Man, the Sentry, Ares, Ms. Marvel, Wonder Man, Spider-Woman, Wasp, and the Black Widow. They have more power and more numbers. But I think the Justice League would still be on top, mostly thanks to advantage in numbers.
