Incredibles 2 is virtually guaranteed to make at least $550 million domestic, $1.1 billion worldwide. Will this cause Marvel Studios to add a superhero family to its upcoming slate? What if the global gross beats Black Panther's $1,346 million?
(No, the Fantastic 4 don't count, unless they were introduced in media res with Franklin and Valeria already born.)

I don't know. These guys?

To be completely honest I haven't read this series yet, but I've heard great things about it.

It's a shame that Cassie Lang is still too young to become Stature because a movie about the Ant-family would've been cool.

I didn't realize the MCU needed an equivalent to everything.

I actually think this could work. Cassie (or at least her actress) should be just entering her teens by the time of an Ant-Man 3.

The Fantastic Four is the only real equivalent. I'm sure they're trying their hardest to make that deal happen now more than ever.

She would be 13 if the next Ant-Movie films in 2021. If they want Stature to start at Spider-Man age, they could recast with an actress only two years older.
Also have Hope and Scott get married between movies and have a one-year-old.
You've got bug grandparents, bug parents, Stature, and toss in a short gag where the baby gets in a Pym particle field.

Marvel doesn't seem that reactionary. It's more likely that DC would do something like this.

Errr....remind me again why the F4 cannot be included, given they were the inspiration for said dynamic, again.

Beyond the children, as opposed to the little brother there is that pesky Comcast seeing to it that the MCU won't have the legal rights to The Fantastic Four

"Can be included" and "are a couple with children" are two different things. When the Fantastic 4 were introduced, Reed and Sue weren't even dating. They don't fit the Incredibles niche until they have kids. Do you want Marvel Studios to make a first FF film with Franklin and Valeria already around?
If so, how to explain why no one ever mentioned the Storm-Richards family? Did Reed not invent anything worthy of their notice and they not do any superheroics on Earth before Valeria was born?

Your reasoning doesn't make sense to me. Fantastic Four is quite similar to the Incredibles.

At exactly what point does the Fantastic Four become quite similar to Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, and their children? As soon as the spacecraft crashes? After Reed and Sue date, marry, and have two children?

Why not? Better than getting the origin again.

The power sets. A strong person, an elastic shape shifter, invisiblile person who can project force fields and on an animated TV version the FF did not have a flaming person but traded him out and the Incredible's has a speedster instead.

I've been thinking and maybe the solution is actually in the title of this thread. Make a live-action Incredibles film and have them join the MCU. You know how Disney is making a bunch of live-action remakes of their anime adaptations and making a ton of money, so there might be some potential there.

I've always thought 'FF' whenever I've watched The Incredibles.

That looks really ****ing creepy...

Yeah, it does. The premise was that Vision decided to build himself a family and "live" in the suburbs, or so I've heard. Apparently, the series ended in the sort of ludicrously soap-operatic tragedy that Marvel writers seem to enjoy. Vision's hobby is collecting dead kids and homicidal wives.

I don’t think anyone has said that the MCU needed anything.

Haven’t they already recast Cassie with 16-year-old Emma Fuhrmann after AMATW though?
