Yeah but he isn't faster than a speeding bullet, not is he tougher than baton. Personally, i think that the man has deep pyschiatric problems and needs to be put into a facilty. Instead, he's free to roam and do whatever he wants. He's not a bad guy (i met him once in vegas), but he's got issues that need to be addressed by a professional

Well, I believe cops are only allowed to fire under certain circumstances, I don't think it would qualify. And I have seen people withstand a taser before. Especially if they are intoxicated or on drugs. As for the baton, I've boxed semi-professionally. I'm not sure that a baton would hurt him. Or at least he would be able to stand it.
