mIRC Help: Anyone wanna do me a favor?

Hey folks, how ya doin'? Well, I'm need of some mIRC help and I was wondering if it was possible for me to be indefinitely unbanned seeing as some idiot banned me from the program and #thetechnodrome for I feel an illegitimate reason during the summer. I asked the person to unban me, but he didn't do anything about, not really caring how desperate I am to be unbanned. If I can't be infefinitely unbaneed, then I'm guessing there's a way to not ever get banned again, like maybe IP blocking?

I wanna keep mine and his mIRC username private, so PM if you need to know those and other details.
