Every realize that you've been singing the wrong words to a song for years? That's happened to me more times than I can remember. Here are some examples of wrong lyrics I sang for long time...

Radiohead: Creep

I'm a creep, I'm a widower

Def Leppard: Pour Some Sugar on Me

You got the peaches, I got the cream
Sweet potatoes, saccharine

Smashing Pumpkins: Today

Pink ribbon skies
I'll never forget
I tried so hard
To cleanse these regrets
My angel wings
Are bruised and blistered
My bill is steep

What are some song lyrics you've misheard?

Jimi Hendrix:

Excuse me while I kiss this guy

Led Zeppelin:

I need kool-aid

Yeah, sometimes it may happen that we've been singing the wrong words and after sometime we get we realized that I sand a wrong lyric.

Mine is from Rain over me. :)

billion's a new million
Voli's a new vodka
Latin is the new majority, ya tú sabe
Next step la Casablanca
No hay carro, nos vamos en balsa

Every single lyric from Pearl Jam-"Yellow Ledbetter". I have no clue what he is singing on that one.

Haha, yeah. That's a really good one. Actually, you could probably put ALL Pearl Jam songs here. I've misheard so many things he's sang over the years. For example, in Even Flow, I'm pretty sure the lyrics are:

FEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELIN' dibba dobba dibba debba dibba Saturdays!

CEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEILIN' dibba dobba dibba debba dibba labor pains!

When Manfred Mann covered Bruce Springsteen's "Blinded by the Light" the line "Revved up like a deuce, another runner in the night" is often misheard.
