That does suck.I say keep it It could be worth money.

I remember I brought a CD awhile back,and there was absolutely nothing in it.I tried to take it back to get a new one but that was the last copy.So they gave me $10.00 store credit.That's when I learned to never buy a CD from Kmart again.

maybe Martha Stewart tried to sell them without anyone noticing
