I remember watching VH1 alot plus they have VH1 classic

VH1, even though it's gotten much lower in quality since they cancelled all the best shows from when I was a kid (Pop-Up Video, Behind The Music, Legends).

they both suck... so badly.

but, vh1 is the lesser of 2 evils, if only because they still actually play music, and they get in some old stuff, too.

40 least metal moments (their coverage of the time JETHRO TULL won the Metal Grammy over M'Tallica and G'n'R alone is hilarious.)
40 most outrageous moments on stage
50 most awesomely bad "dirty songs"
The History of Metal
etc.

I prefer VH1 better.They have music, and I love watching those list countdowns like what Wilhelm posted.MTV I barely watch it.

Actually, VH1 should get busted by the FBI or, the ATF or something, 'cause they have Scott Ian, Ted Nugent, Dee Snider, Sebastian Bach, the Headbanger's Ball-Guy and that dorky comedian living as endentured SERvants, forced to appear on every singly metallic show.
