This isn't the first time a dead body was mistaken for a Halloween decoration although it should have been obvious that something was not right with it. Especially to the guy who tapped her decapitated head with his foot. The head that looks a lot like one of your neighbors should have been a major clue. One whose son apparently had a history of violent mental issues.

Sure, but in this day and age, how many people even take notice of what their neighbors look like, let alone talk to them? My neigbors may as well be strangers.
