I know the editor of the paper at my school, the guy with the beard in the video. He's my exes best friend, and he's a great guy.
The reporters did NOTHING wrong. We have a serious problem on this campus of people violating their power. The president of the school gave himself a $50,000 bonus last year...
Not only have they violated these reporters rights, but they have enacted a "No lewd, obscene or inappropriate conduct or expressions allowed, regardless of proximity to campus." law, which basically means we can be ticketed for cursing ANYWHERE in town, even if we're not on campus.

I'm honestly thinking of transferring if my school doesn't change.

If it is a school paper, they don't have 1st Amendment Rights as it is a school project. About cursing, you don't have much of a case either. If you want to make a stink about the $50,000 bonus, I would contact the local News. To help grow the local controversy, you can try to let the News organization that runs the Conservative Talk Radio. They would probably eat it up.

get your GED, high school isnt what it use to be. It will only drive you mad in your later years, best to pull out while you still have sanity. Go to a community college and get a 2 year degree before everyone else graduates high school I say.

Transferring won't do much good in my opinion. There have been stories for decades about things like this....Universities consider themselves above the law (with thier students and with thier dealings with non students too)....it's standard operating procedure for them.

As for the actual issue in the thread, seems really weird the dorm wouldn't want this case reported in the newspaper. Might be a good idea for people to be aware of a pervert like this on campus.
