Sabine and Din have too many parallels and too many contrasts to just be acquaintances when all is said and done. Sabine’s Rebels Season 3 Arc was basically a prototype of every Mandalorian Clan politics and Darksaber story that Din’s going to do, while they’re both heroic Mandos who sought to atone for a major mistake that wound up leading to them winning the darksaber in combat even when they didn’t want it or the responsibility. At the same time, she’s a blue-blood prodigy with an artistic streak who’s loyal to the Rebellion/Republic, while he’s a socially awkward adopted member of the religious sect who wears unpainted armor and has a distrust of the larger Republic.Casting news this early. Real chance we see her on Mando s3 first.
I 100% agree with this. Sabine's reluctance to lead, is what made her the right leader for the Mandos. Bo has been so terrible at everything. Coups, leadership, jailing, revenge, etc.All this could've been avoided if she didn't give the Darksaber to that incompetent idiot traitor Bo-Katan Kryze. Bo-Katan literally helped organize a coup that was willing to assassinate her sister.

Sabine is basically the anti-Bo-Katan, though Bo-Katan had to talk her down from potentially using the Duchess against the Imperials, and Bo and Sabine’s mother Ursa are old friends and allies.I 100% agree with this.
