The official logline for the new series states: “Part hopeful family drama, part epic survival tale, and part origin story of the American West, this fresh adaptation of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s iconic semi-autobiographical ‘Little House’ books offers a kaleidoscopic view of the struggles and triumphs of those who shaped the frontier.”

We shall see… we shall see.

This is totally getting made because of the current political climate, isn’t it?

Ehh… I’m sure some of the ****ty reactionaries could attach their “this was TV before it went woke!” ideologies to it, but I don’t think there’s anything inherently nefarious to bringing the Ingalls family back.

Now, if any of the major outlets take the bait on Roseanne’s new show, that’s definitely something that could only happen because Trump winning has some conservative execs feeling emboldened.

I think its more that they want in on that Taylor Sheridon western ****. Which is inherently incompatible with Little House on the Prairie, so we will see.

Okay. Well, now you’ve gotta make Carolyn black, the kids biracial and Miss Beedle trans bc there ain’t no way we’re letting Megyn Kelly call the shots here.

We voted for Trump to do so, too. :o
