New heroes in Marvel

It begs the question of if there are any new characters as far as brand new heroes who are relatively new just newly created who have joined the Marvel Comics universe?

Could any of these heroes even exist in the film universe as time goes on?

Weapon H is new and a hero and the book so far is amazing.

Moon-Girl? She's getting a cartoon soon with her friend, Devil Dinosaur.

I really like Ironheart and I'd love to see her story in the films. I also think Tony Stark as an AI is probably the best move MS could make for RDJ's future in the MCU - it brings him nicely full circle while limiting his screentime (to save money) but maintaining his presence, without ever having to worry about making him do involved action set pieces that might no longer be believable as he gets older - so because of that I think she could fit quite well into the mcu, if they wanted to go that route.
