I guess I just don't like the hair style on Jess. I do see the point where she looks more like the comic book character. I am sure once I see her on film I will change my mind. I am definately disappointed that they are not releasing the trailer with Earagon. It looks like Earagon is going to struggle and that could be the reason or they wanted the trailer up against the Transformer's trailer next week.

If Alba's hair looked bad in the dailies, they would have changed it the first week.
Eragon had 44% on Rotten Tomatoes the last time I looked. I think Fox knew it might tank and that it didn't have as much cross-the-board appeal as Night At The Museum.
I don't think studios necessarily try to pit trailers against one another. And besides that, I doubt Fox is worried much at all about Transformers.

Anyway, Marvel's First Family looks good. This is really our first time seeing all of them together up close, and Ben looks great. There have been subtle improvements to him and I love it. Johnny's hair is kinda wild--and I still don't understand why they couldn't lighten it a few shades...but whatever. He looks fine.

However, Sue's hair looks worse to me now with this close-up. Can't really explain why, but it just doesn't look right. And it's interesting because on the Video Diaries it looks great to me. But here....ugh. She doesn't look that hot here...something that generally is impossible for Jessica Alba.

Yeah.

I dunno...I think for me it's the lack of color at the roots that makes the wig look more fake. In the first film she wore wigs too, but they looked better because there was multi-coloring in them. Like here:

But it's clear they've taken the lowlights out and now she's doing a reverse of what Storm went through from X1/X2 to X3. It wasn't until the last X-Men film that Storm's hair actually looked REAL--like it actually was growing from her head. Prior to that? Ugh. And all because they didn't put any layered color in the hair.

Fox's make-up department doesn't seem to get it when it comes to wigs.

This new photo with the "warehouse" background looks like it might be the original, with less manipulation. In any case, It has better resolution than the one with the "Baxter Building".
I like how the Fantastic Four look. They have changed the Thing a bit, but I thought he was fine in the first movie, so it's no biggie. Johnny and Reed look fine also, no big changes. The biggest change seems to be with Sue. I'm going to say I liked her hairstyle in the first movie better. In this newest picture it isn't bad though. It does look like Alba has lost some weight compared to 2 years ago, but with the "muscle suit" she doesn't look scrawny at all.

I'm not going to make any real conclusions until the trailer, just like everyone else. I don't trust these photo-manips much. The people who make them are quite talented, but they are really just a hint at what we will see on the screen.

She's obviously lost some weight yes but that doesn't mean she has an eating disorder.Did you see her fridge in the MTV video diary? She seems to be watching what she's eating and working out a lot.Nothing wrong with that.Especially when you're shooting a big action movie you have to.

If she had become as thin as say Kate Bosworth or Nicole Ritchie then yeah i'd start to worried.I must admit though i prefer the 'meatier' Alba.
