New Spidey 3 Trailer coming up this Fall

I read up until he said he couldn't exactly say when it would be coming out. So I made an educated guess. Did I miss something?

This fall?? HELL YEA!! I wasnt expecting nothing new till next year..But i forgot all about how they can use PS3 to promote Spidey 3..They are already using the font having some sort or exclusive trailer would be brilliant..Release trailer with CR and have the PS3 either have the same thing in HD or maybe an extended trailer or behind the scenes or something!

August 25, 2006 - Spider-Man 3 producer Grant Curtis has updated his blog over on the official site to answer fan questions about the next preview for the third film in the Web-Slinger franchise. After informing the Spidey faithful that footage glimpsed at Comic-Con will not be released online, he writes:

"In regard to the next time you will get a glimpse of the movie, please know that we will have a trailer coming out this fall. Although I am not at liberty to say when exactly it will hit the theaters and internet at this time, I can tell you that I have seen a rough version of it and I am confident that you are going to be blown away. It is an incredible piece that showcases the full scope of the picture, both in terms of the gripping story as well as the groundbreaking visual effect shots. Be patient, it's going to be worth the wait."

There are a number of high-profile Sony releases coming up this fall that the studio could choose to pin the trailer to. Their biggest release, and a great candidate for a Spidey trailer pairing, is Casino Royale. That film hits theaters on November 17.

The Sam Raimi-directed third installment in the comic-based film franchise centers around Peter Parker who has finally managed to strike a balance between his devotion to M.J. and his duties as a superhero. While the public's admiration of Spider-Man grows, he is pursued by Gwen Stacy, who rivals M.J. for his affections. Peter then becomes overconfident and starts to neglect those who care about him most. His newfound self-assuredness is jeopardized when he faces the battle of his life against two of the most feared villains ever, Sandman and Venom.
The film stars Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, Thomas Haden Church, Topher Grace and James Franco.
Spider-Man 3 is set for a May 4, 2007 release in traditional and IMAX theaters.

I knew it... If there was a second teaser, which there will be, obviously, it would hit November. Propobly November 17'th, with the opening of Casino Royal, as mentioned. Just note that it's NOT a theatrical trailer, it's definitly a second teaser! On November 17'th the movie is still a small 6½ months away from opening, and there's no way that they have a theatrical trailer ready by that time. But I can't wait to see this thing!!!

If you think about it...a lot of movies have a full trailer this early...but either way im looking forward to the new trailer, and the wallpaper...but you guys have to remember there will be more than 4 wallpapers for this movie...remember how many there were for the last 2 movies? There was more than just 4...Theyre probably gunna be makin a sandman one, a gwen one, venom, and harry...maybe mj too...thats 5 more...

^ The trailer/teaser will be cool neither way... yes, many movie's has their theatrical trailer out 6 months before the movie opens, but NOT spidey 3. It's too big of a movie.

It's VERY likely, and the DVD comes out in the fall.

The DVD comes out Oct. 3rd. I dont think I've ever seen a trailer come out with a DVD before it is shown to the public first.

So, you would have to look at what movies are playing the week before perhaps and hope.

I seriously doubt it will be on the X3 DVD.
