This is BS Craig, I'm not spamming or flooding the Community thread. All my threads are on different subjects and if I find things relevant to other thread I post them there. Just because they are made by one person doesn't mean they should all be lumped together.

The point of my threads is to get people talking about stuff and you can't do that if it's all merged together.

So because your a global Mod are you barring me from making threads when I was nominated last year as one of the community posters of the year and several of my threads have gone on for multiple pages of discussion?

It's really not that bad though. Usually it's fairly interesting stuff that can sometimes keep us talking for a week or so. If it all gets thrown together then it'll be a huge mess to try and sort out or it'll end up like the lounge where everything gets changed every few hours and we don't keep a consistent topic.

Maybe we should just have a 'Weird/Crazy **** in Florida' topic instead as those tend to come up more often.

I'd be ok with a weird FL thread because those are related and do pop up a lot but like Kev said most of the other stuff is it's own thread for a reason. How the heck are anyone supposed to continue the discussions they were having in any of the old threads now?

I was actually being nice seeing as the alternative to take care of this issue was more assertive. With your reaction though I see that it was made accordingly.

Go ahead and speak to the other mods/admins. I didn't act on this randomly. This is something that has come to all of our attention for a while now.

This section isn't yours to take over. If a single page is almost entirely dominated by all your threads then there's a problem. Relegating all your headlines to a single thread allows other topics of discussion a chance to stay afloat rather than getting sunk to the bottom of the sea by your sensationalist stories you manage to find.

Well if this is more than one Mod deciding this than I guess there is nothing I can do, but I still think it's BS. Almost every freaking story that has been posted in the community forum could have been posted by me. I skipped so many stories because they honestly didn't interest me and a day or two later someone will post about it. I don't post it just to post it, I genuinely like starting discussions so people can discuss topics. Kind of thought that is what a forum is supposed to be about.

So Craig my question is who decided this since you said you didn't act alone and also who do I talk to to appeal this since your effectively barring me from starting threads now. I've already messaged Schlosser and CC, I think it's funny how neither of the community mods ever seemed to have a problem with me starting threads.

You're more than welcome to contact any of the admins if you please and await their response. We're all on the same page about this issue anyway.

So just because it was posted by one person even though almost all of the threads were of different subjects now it all has to be merged into one thread? So if anyone has a weird news story they are supposed to post it in here instead of letting people read the headline and choose if they want to read more about it?

So does anyone know how to post a poll? So far we have 3 people that seem to think I should have my own thread and I can't count all the people that have posted in my threads to discuss things. I don't know how to post a poll and I don't want it merged with this one so why don't we see what the Hypesters think about having all my news in one thread?

Thank you Mike my thoughts exactly! So people are supposed to scroll through pages of this thread to see if I already posted about and people are already talking about it? What exactly is the community forum for if not all the stuff that doesn't fit anywhere else?
