Non-MU/Non-DCU Comics Films That You Want

Basically keeping away from the big 2, what comic book films do you want to see made?

With The Walking Dead tearing up the ratings for TV, I'd assume Invincible could be a thing if a movie studio cared to make it. It's a parody/homage of the big 2 and would really play well into comic book fatigue and simultaneously add fuel to the fire of CBMs.

How about Perhapanauts?

A witch, an alien, a ghost, a bigfoot and a chupacabra fight the night. A more comical BPRD. Netflix could totally do the movies.

Almost all the announced, "in-development" even, movies more or less answer my wants.
At the top of that list is the ValiantCU (fingers and toes crossed real badly for Sony) and then every Millar IP yet to be filmed.
