Okay, it's been said that celebrities won't voice the turtles..however, let's ignore that and cast voice actors that he'd like to see tackle the TMNT.

My choices would be...
Michelangelo: Ryan Renolds
Donatello: Matt Damon (He did a good timid, yet smart job in Ocean's 11)
Raphael: Josh Halloway
Leonardo: Christian Bale (Not sure why, I'm just a fan)

I wholly disagree.

Especially when those guys are usually cast for every possible quality other than their voices.

I maintain for animation you need to cast good voice actors or just actors period not distracting movie stars.

Ryan Reynolds is a smart aleck smart ass type. His personality doesn't fit Michelangelo.

I can't really buy Damon as Donatello at all. That's NOT his type.

Bale as Leonardo? All wrong. Leonardo is a strong leader, not the dark loner. Who is the dark loner of the turtles? Raphael. Leonardo is to Raphael what Superman is to Batman. Not to say that Bale would make a good Raphael.

It's easy to sit here all day and say where I went wrong (where really, yeah...I can see places where I can improve)....but until you make suggestions of your own, what's the point in even posting?

....and at least I didn't say Ed Norton

Now...as a second, more thought-out list...
Michelangelo: Justin Long (young, energetic, funny without being overly gross)...[as an afterthought, Chris Evans is more suited to this than Casey Jones]
Donatello: ...Ed Norton?
Raphael: Either Christian Bale or Hugh Jackman...both have good moody performances....on the other hand, James Franco doesn't have to fake an accent...and he's good, too
Leonardo: Maybe this is just because I'm a Heroes fan...but I can see Adrian Pasdar giving a leadership/commanding performance...

Yeah...I'm drawing blank on a lot of ideas...but other suggestions would be nice

i just think its better to employ Munroe's method of nobody or lesser known characters so when watching a movie its not Wolverine or Nathan Petrelli voicing the turtles but rather Don, Mike, Raph, and Leo talking but thats just my opinion...

TEENAGE mutan ninja turtles.

everyone in that list is just absurd.

1. I know that non-celebrity voice actors are probably best...but hell, I was just pondering this stuff for fun.

2. .........name teenage actors who don't suck ass....and odds are, they won't be voiced by teenagers, either.

^^ Agree with....the original movie voices are to me the best
