USB to your phone is one option. Or, you could e-mail your phone with the attached file. I have a USB cable for my phone so that is how I do it.

Try e-mailing it to your phone. Send a text from your phone to your e-mail account and then just reply. Some phones won't allow attachments to be viewed so I don't know about your phone. USB cable is the quickest but if you wanted to go through the trouble you could use the internet on your phone if you have it and go to that site and download it straight to your phone.

But, do not click send to phone as ringtone because they charge for that.
