Anybody into any online comics? I've tried my hand and created a couple. The last character I created is called Deadlaw. He has powers similiar to that of a ghost. He was a cop before his partner shot him in the heart, now he's out to find out why his partner shot him, and who is behind it. If Deadlaw is truly dead or alive is not evident. http://superherouniverse.com/deadlaw/1st/comicbook1.htm

I've also created a few comics about another character named Time-Rider. A totally different take on time travel and superheroes. http://superherouniverse.com/timerider/

I'd appreciate any feedback.

Anybody have any other favorite online comics?

The only online comic I read is Stuart and Kathryn Immonen's Moving Pictures, but I'll give yours a look.

i used to read questionable contect, i haven't checked it out in awhile though

Is anybody out there making their own fan made regular comic books series using main stream heroes from Marvel or DC?

I saw one a while back that looked really cool, I've been following when I can. Its called O31 (as in october 31) www.O31.net or .com I can't remember lol

I only read "Geeks Next Door". *shrugs*

I'm not really into the Online Comic scene...

Online comics?

Bob and George - The series is over, but it's still a good read. Plus, it uses Mega Man sprites.
No Need for Bushido - Because comics with samurai are just damn coolness.
8 bit Theater - Just a great satire of the first Final Fantasy game.
Schlock Mercenary - The first webcomic I've ever bought a book from. I like sci-fi and this has it but also goofs on it. Just a funny space opera.
VG Cats - As much as I enjoy video games, there are moments when I'm playing a game and just think "This part is just asking to be goofed on". Or when a company releases a handheld device that looks like a taco.

I checked out Deadlaw and thought it was very good. Although I'm a big fan of classic look comics, I really got into the art. Very beautiful and futuristic. I thought the characters were well thought out and interesting. However, I'd suggest one thing: always remember that your audience is smart, and you don't need to spell things out for them.

So far, I've only read the first comic and I find writers often explain too much in a first comic or first episode, it usually becomes more natural as the series progresses. So this may have been advice meant only for the first issue.

Hey guys, I posted this message last week, but it's not on the board for some reason.

Anyway, I'm an actor on a new online comic show. It's a live action superhero show. Anyway, I figured since this page is all about Online Comics and asking others wht they think, I'd be interested to know what you guys thought of the show.

It's pretty grass roots and I can talk to the exec producers.

Anyway, you can check it out on www.teamepic.tv.

Let me know what you think.

I watched a little bit of it, but got interrupted. Seems quite professional so far.

Here's a animated gif made by a member from my site's gallery Carlos. He made for my Deadlaw character.

I have a couple of favorite online comics.

Penny and Aggie About two high school girls who are on opposite ends of the radar, focusing on their social lives and the occasional clash between the two. Very well drawn (takes a couple of issues to get into it) and well written. I'm addicted to it.

Thorn Focuses on a somewhat evil little girl in the 1950's and her quest to rule the world. Cute and funny.

Wow. Those two comics sound cool. I will have to check them out.
