Me. I don't see what's psychopathic about it. It's just trying to show a great actor that we admire him for doing a great job with playing the Doctor, for his final year as the character.

Nope. The last NTAs were broadcast in this year but were for 2016 television, therefore 2016 NTAs. The 2017 NTAs air in 2018.
