Pokemon D & P

It's quite old, but that was the best quality video I've seen of the trailer. But I didn't get sound.

Anyway, I think online play is the best thing to have ever happend to the Pokemon franchise. Now when I spend days breeding, training, and raising my Pokemon, I won't feel that I'm wasting my time because somwhere, someplace another trainer is just as competiitive as I am. Recent news from serebii.net also indicates that The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection will, in addition to battling and trading, feature an underground area where players online can hunt for fossils together. The secret bases, introduced in the Ruby/Sapphire version, will make a glorious return and Nintendo/Gamefreak promises several online minigames around the secret base concept.

I highly encourage casual players to visit the Pokemon GameFaqs walkthroughs and see what you can learn about the complex Game Mechanics; there's a lot more to Pokemon than what meets the eye. There's a particular guide called The Advanced Trainers Guide which is especially useful. It can be found here:

I loves me the Pokemon:( And as a 20 year old, it's embarrassing. GO BULBASAUR GO.

I wish they would improve the battle screens a little bit, throw a little more animation into the mix.

Also, they need to bring back real time from Gold & Silver, the whole day/night thing was brilliant and the lack of it in Ruby/Sapphire made them feel like a lateral move instead of an upgrade.

I agree, that's why I'm excited to see the day/night cycle return in this game.:O

Your right, I'm 26 and I still love the pokemon games....but I'm still a softy for Charmander.

The Pokemon games are brilliant, I think theyve got the gameplay just right for playing a long time and not getting bored of it. Oh and im 21 and still love the games :p
