Port of Earth #3 Review

I'm a little annoyed that my local shop didn't have any issues of #2, and so picked up this issue and was plunked into the aftermath of an alien encounter. The issue is really solid and well paced, and touches on the topic of climate change in an interesting way, namely, if we could solve the worlds energy needs in a non-polluting way in one fell swoop, are we prepared for the repurcussions of doing so.
