The Avengers Poster?

A promotional poster for The Avengers has allegedly been snapped at this year's Licensing International Expo, currently taking place in Las Vegas.

Tweeted by @theonlyesq, the poster is interesting for a few reasons.

Firstly, we get a glimpse of Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye in costume. Apart from a distinctive stripe of his trademark purple, it's a rather unexciting black vest. He's not wearing glasses, either.

Captain America's costume also seems to have been tweaked, with the military-issued brown leather being replaced by a blue chin-strap and red cuffs and boots.

Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, and Black Widow appear to be largely unchanged from their last outings.

Of course, this is just promotional material, using drawings rather actual photographs.

Directed and written by Joss Whedon, The Avengers will released on May 4, 2012.

Yes it is, it's in the News thread. It's from a Licensing Expo going on in Vegas.

Cap and Iron Man look terrific. Hawkeye.....well kinda underwhelming. Good thing Renner is a killer actor.
